The Undergraduate Program (Three-year higher course) is the first segment of music studies equivalent to the university artistic sector based on Law no. 508 21st December 1999.

The entry requirements are a high school diploma or one must be gained by the end of the three-year course.

The Three-year course is aimed at teaching suitable command of methods and disciplines and specific cultural skills for new professional career opportunities.

The Three-year course facilitates the attainment of a First Level Degree, which is compulsory for continuing with the Level II Two-year specialist course.

From this perspective, a certain number of disciplines in the three-year course chosen by the students may form the basis of what they go on to specialise in in the future.
